9wiket Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating the 9wiket platform ("9wiket", "we", "us"). These Terms are provided in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all services offered by 9wiket, including:

• Sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports.
• Online casino games — slots, fishing games, live casino, blackjack, bingo, and card games.
• All features and services provided through 9wiket's mobile and web platforms.
• Bonus, promotion, and VIP rewards programs.

1.3 Priority of Terms

Where separate terms apply to a specific game or promotion, those special terms shall operate in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the two, the special terms shall take precedence.

To open an account on 9wiket, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by a person under 21 to open an account will be considered a serious violation of these Terms and the account will be suspended immediately.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed and all bonuses received being forfeited.

3.1 Identity Verification

9wiket reserves the right to verify your identity for withdrawal requests or large transactions. In such cases, one of the following documents may be required:

• Driving licence (issued by the government).

3.2 Address Verification

A utility bill, bank statement, or government document no older than 90 days is acceptable for address verification. If the details on the document do not match the information provided, the account will remain temporarily suspended.

The account used to deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer must be registered in your name. Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for depositing funds on 9wiket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Reasons for Transaction Rejection

9wiket reserves the right to reject or suspend a transaction in any of the following cases:

• The wagering requirements of an applicable bonus have not been met.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of using a third-party payment method is found.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses can only be used alongside real money; bonuses cannot be earned using other bonuses.
• 9wiket reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, though this will not take effect during an ongoing wagering process.

5.4 VIP Program

9wiket's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed on the game page. 9wiket reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a software or hardware fault, 9wiket reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposited amount. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

The rules of all game providers apply, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. When playing games from these providers, their own terms and conditions must also be followed.

6.4 Finality of Results

• Forfeiture of all bonuses, free bets, and related winnings.
• Withholding of principal funds (where evidence of fraud exists).
• Reporting information to law enforcement agencies where applicable.
